What are your delivery times ?
You will receive your order within 7 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after placing your order on the website. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped from our warehouses.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long ?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can, however, track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy ?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online purchases. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course process the refund, provided the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. My package is damaged.
Open it in the presence of the delivery person to check if the product is damaged. If it is, refuse it. If the delivery person refuses to let you open the package, refuse it as well. These same checks should also be carried out if you are picking it up at the post office.

Did you receive my return ?
Depending on the return method chosen, it will take 8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your package to reach our warehouse. Remember that the return remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse, so always remember to ask for proof of postage to keep an eye on its progress. Once received, your return will be processed within 1 business day, and you will receive an email confirming receipt.
